A Farewell to Arms is actually one of my absolute favorite books...and is what made me fall in love with Hemingway. Stick with it. I hope you like it more by the end.

I think this outfit is perfect, except for the hat, which needs to be more classic euro and less hipster in winter.

Also I can't believe the hate in this post / thread for this book. It's so menacingly romantic and hopefully delirious. High noun and verb ratio is a good thing.

Shouldn't something in the outfit be sleeveless (farewell to arms...get it)? ;) I haven't read anything by Hemingway, but since the book is about someone named Catherine, perhaps I will give it a go.

Is it wrong that I like this ensemble way better than Hemingway's writing? No? Okay then.
