Pillow Talk
We got a couch! A long and deep and luxurious walnut-brown couch was delivered to the apartment on Tuesday. This is great for many reasons, not the least of which being that now I can recline while I watch television, but also because it means that our apartment is finally looking pulled together and we can finish up the rest of our decorating. Near the top of our list is getting some fun and comfortable patterned pillows for the couch. My manager suggested looking on Etsy, so that’s where I started.
We want something that will work with the brown suede-like fabric, that won’t clash with our teal kitchen cabinets, and that aren’t too floral or traditional. Here are some good starting points (We already bought a pillow from Etsy, but I’ll save the reveal as a surprise on that one!):

Which ones do you like? Any suggestions on where else we can look for fun decorative pillows?
You’ll be very shocked to know that I love the Cutlery Chic one. not only does it happily remind me of food, but I also love the colors. I suppose it’s ok if you don’t buy it though — it might clash with the cabinets. But I think they’re fun and young, and would probably bring some delightful humor to a living room (not many living rooms can claim that they’re humorous).
I love, love, love the bird one. Birds on pillows is kind of my favorite. Second runner up (and cute together!!) is the cutlery chic one.

The keys and the anchors are cute too. These are all very cute pillows; probably can’t go wrong with any combination of them.
