Thanks for your comments and support yesterday! I’m lucky to have great readers.

In the interest of keeping things a little more lively around here, I’d like to post a bit more frequently, with shorter blurbs (don’t worry–I’ll still pepper you with my diatribes and rants pretty frequently as well).

To that end, I thought I would kick things off with this amazing dress I spotted on Broke & Beautiful this weekend:

The book shelf printed dress comes from the Zero + Maria Cornejo collection presented at New York Fashion Week and it’s fantastic. I love when designers get literary. It makes me happy.

What do you think? Would you wear something like this or is it just too weird?

The dress on the model itself just looks like she haphazardly wrapped herself in a sheet that’s falling off, so I wouldn’t wear the actual dress. But I would totally wear a T-shirt or skirt with that bookshelf print! It’s awesome. I bet it would look good on a tote bag too. And it would be an awesome print for lots of housewares too: pillows, sheets, etc.

I’m so glad you reposted the dress! I am like head over heels in love with it and don’t know why it isn’t the star of my life right now.

I would wear it in all its glory, for sure!!
