I’m not much of a trend follower, but with all these holiday gift guides floating around the blogosphere, I can’t help but feel compelled to put together one of my own. Here’s that gift guide you’ve been waiting for: great gift ideas for the stylish writer/book lover  in your life!

Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty : This exhibit at the Met was breathtaking, and the book is really beautiful as well. If you couldn’t make it to the show, the book is the next best thing.
