J. Crew Spring 2012

2012 January 30

When the J. Crew catalog arrives in my mailbox, I reserve a few minutes to sit and flip through it, daydreaming about all the things I would buy if I had the means. There are a usually a few things I like, of course, but the Spring 2012 line just ground my whole day to a halt. I flipped through it two, three times, dog-earing pages and making plans of how to start saving.

Here’s a list of my favorites–what items are you after for the spring?

Scallop Sateen Skirt: $79.50

Martina suede wedge: $228

Jules dress: $188

Contrast stripe tee: $39.50

Crinkle chiffon skirt: $118

Cafe capri: $79.50

Lillian dress: $198

In reality, I probably won’t actually buy these pretty things. But, if all goes according to the plans in my head, I WILL be buying these, for a certain day in September…

The skirt! The shoes! Damnit, J.Crew, I wish I knew how to quit you.

Jill, J.Crew should sponsor you and give you all the free clothes.

That scalloped skirt stopped me in my tracks, too. So cute!

I love that striped top! When my roommate gets her copy of the catalog I wait for her to flip through it and leave it on the table, then I also go through and look at all the things I’ll never be able to buy.

I just got mine today. I’m considering picking up extra shifts to buy roughly nine silk shirts and all of the pencil skirts.
